We invite you for 4 days to find the right property for you. We organize the transfer from the airport and reserve a hotel or a company own apartment. In case of a closed sale we will pay your travel costs.<\/p>\n

We recommend you to make a pre-selection already at home. If you like one of our offers from our site, please send us an email with the ID number and we will send you a detailed expos\u00e9 by e-mail within the shortest possible time.<\/p>\n

    • Evaluation of the previous day and the visited property offers<\/li>\n
    • Re-visit of your favorites or inspect new offers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Administrative procedures have to be done early. We go with you to apply for a tax id number and to open a bank account.<\/li>\n
      • Possibly further inspections of properties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • Final evaluation of preselected objects.<\/li>\n
        • In case of a purchase decision conclusion of a sales contract.<\/li>\n
