Together we will consult the banks and apply for a mortgage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Turkish banks are financing usually up to 65% of the valuation report of a completed property. The term of the mortgage amounts from 5 to 10 years. The Tapu will be in the person&#8217;s name who applied for the loan at the bank.
