After the purchase of your dream property our real work begins. After choosing your dream home, we help you to enjoy this. You can fully enjoy your new home without any stress; we are organizing and all bureaucratic tasks for you. First our trained and professional team prepares everything for the transfer of the Title deed. After the transfer of ownership, we will accompany you and help you with the registration of electricity and water.

Even after completion all work for your new property, we provide extensive support for you with our management service. You need a transfer from the airport or your apartment should be cleaned before your arrival? A short e-mail is enough and we will organize everything for you.

For our professional management service, we only charge an annual management fee of 200 EUR for apartments and 300 EUR for your villa. We will create an internal management account and we will record all payments made by us and you.

For us as a professional management service it is essential to inspection your property regularly. Twice a month our team goes into your home opens all windows for a good ventilation and is doing a fully control of the entire home. If there would be any problems, you will be notified immediately.

Insurance: Upon signing a management agreement with us, the first thing we do is closing a home insurance for your apartment. The annual insurance premium is calculated on the value of the property and its furnishings. If we become aware during our regular inspections that some damage has occurred, we would notify you immediately and give a report to the insurance.

 

Payment of your electricity and water bills: This is an extremely important point because it shouldn’t be missed to pay the electricity and water bills on time. It would be very sad if you come to your holiday home and the electric and water had cut off. To prevent you from this, we pay and manage all of invoices regularly. The same of course also for the Payment of monthly maintenances as well as the Payment of annual property taxes. Twice a year the payment of property tax has to be done.

Organization of renovation or conversion work: If you want to rebuild or renovate your home, we are the right partner for you. You tell us what you want to be done and we have the right team of craftsmen. First, we obtain an estimate price for you. All work in your property will be controlled by us.

 

 

Cleaning service: You come back to your second home after a long time? We can understand that you do not want to clean your apartment in the first days. Send us a short e-mail and tell us that your apartment has to be cleaned. We do this even before your arrival. The prices for the cleaning service are graded as follows:

 

1. Apartments: 40 EUR
2. Duplex Penthouses: 60 EUR
3. Villa: 80 EUR


Come home without any stress. Let us know if you need a transfer. We will organize this. Our driver takes you right outside of the terminal and escorts you to your apartment. The costs for the transfer from Airport Antalya to Alanya are 60 EUR one way. The costs for the transfer from Gazipasa airport to your apartment are 30 EUR.
