Manavgat builts more parks
The municipality of Manavgat has begun to create new parks in Mimar Sinan Mah and at the Hisar Avenue. With the slogan “A Park for each district” the work is progressing rapidly. In the 9544th Street in Eski Hisar Mah. a 2,000 square meter area for the landscape project has been prepared. Focus is mainly that the residents can relax and have opportunities for walks. Grass hill, 2 sculptures, plants, walkways, seating areas are also included in the plans as adequate lighting and play area for children. With the completion of the park, Hisar Avenue, which has already been modernized by the Manavgat town, will be presented in a whole new light. In addition to this project another park on a 3700 square meter area is going to be built in the 6039th Road. For this park also children ‘s playground , fitness equipment, picnic areas and walkways are planned, next to a basketball and volleyball court. The Mayor of Manavgat Mr. Sukru Sözen actively contributes to the fact that the proportion of green areas rises sharply in proportion to the population. Two other park projects are already being planned and the mayor has promised to publish further plans in a short time.
